My name is Jilly Jackson, and I am a professional wedding photo retoucher based in Lancashire, UK. I have worked within the graphic design and digital art industry for almost 30 years and have been privileged to work as a freelance retoucher since 2011.

For many years I have specialised in wedding photo retouching, restoration and photo manipulation, helping brides, grooms and wedding photographers transform images that are important to them.

Wedding photographs capture moments that can never be repeated, which is why I consider it a privilege to work on every image entrusted to me. Whether I am subtly retouching a portrait, removing distractions, adding a missing loved one to a photograph, or carrying out complex photo restoration, my aim is always to produce natural-looking results that preserve the emotion and authenticity of the moment.

I work predominantly with female clients and understand that many requests can be deeply personal. Concerns about appearance, family relationships or treasured memories often sit behind the photographs I am asked to retouch.
